To release a lien that has been placed on a property
Use the "contact us" button to send your request. Please include your name and property address, along with your mailing address if it is different.
Past due amounts (for all years) with interest and fee's will be calculated and added to an invoice and will be emailed back to you. You can then mail a check to the P.O. box 39 or pay online via the link in the email. Once payment is received, we will file the release paperwork. If requested, we will notify you via email when it is complete.
Please allow 2 weeks for this to be completed.
